Oatmeal Meal Replacement Shake

Ingredients: ½ cup cooked oatmeal, cooled 2 scoops vanilla M’lis instant meal M’lis Sweet to taste 2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup ½ Tablespoon chopped almonds 8 oz. water Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve. Makes 1 serving
