Ingredients:

1 cup cooked steel-cut oats

1/2 cup sliced strawberries

2 Tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted (optional)

¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Directions:

Combine the oats, strawberries, vanilla protein powder, and almond milk in a cereal bowl and stir well. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, top with toasted almonds and serve.

Makes 1 serving

*Ensure that the strawberries are cooked through before consuming. If necessary, cook the berries prior to heating in your oats.
