Baked Yams (Snack)

Ingredients: 2 small yams 2 teaspoons oil Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place sweet potatoes on sheet tray, rub with oil, prick with a few a few times and bake for 1 hour or until soft. Remove from oven and let stand until cool enough to handle. Makes 2 servings
