Ingredients:
2 lbs. peeled and de-veined Shrimp (16-20 count)
Olive oil
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F. Dry shrimp well and drizzle with olive oil. Season with sea salt and pepper. Toss to coat well. Spread out in a single layer on a flat sheet pan. Roast in the center of the oven for 8-10 minutes.
Makes 4 servings
