Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon diced onion
1/8 teaspoon dried ground mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
3/4 teaspoon poppy seeds
Directions:
In a mini blender blender or glass jar, combine syrup, lemon juice, onion, mustard, and salt. Process until well blended. With machine still running, add oil in a slow, steady stream until mixture is thick and smooth or add in the jar and shake to combine. Add poppy seeds and process just a few seconds more.
Makes 2-3 servings
