Ingredients:

½ head of cauliflower

½ cup homemade Pesto

Directions:

Chop cauliflower into bite-sized flowerets. Steam the cauliflower approximately 8-10 minutes, until cooked but a little crunchy.

Pour pesto sauce over cauliflower and toss to coat.

Makes 2 servings
