Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons red onion, minced

1 ½ Tablespoons fresh lime juice

¾ cup canned white beans, rinsed and drained

½ medium avocado, peeled and chopped

¼ cup plum tomato, finely diced

½ jalapeno pepper, minced

1 ½ Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

½ garlic clove, minced

¼ teaspoon Sea salt

Directions:

Combine the onion and lime juice in a small bowl; let stand 15 minutes.

Puree the beans and avocado in a food processor. Add the tomato, cilantro, garlic, salt, hot pepper sauce, cumin, and the onion mixture; pulse until blended. Transfer to a serving dish and serve at once.
