Cabbage with Ginger and Cumin

Ingredients:

½ small head green cabbage, shredded

½ Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

¼ medium white onion, finely sliced

½ teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and grated

Sea salt to taste

Directions:

In skillet on medium heat, cook oil and onion until golden.

Add cabbage and salt to skillet and stir. Cook for 10-15 minutes until cabbage is tender

Makes 2 servings
