Black Bean Dip

Ingredients:

½ cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained

¼ cup cilantro, fresh, leaves, loosely packed, plus extra for garnish

2 Tablespoons salsa

1 Tablespoon plain Greek-style yogurt

Salt to taste

Directions:

Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender; blend until desired consistency—either chunky or smooth. Spoon the dip into a serving bowl and garnish with cilantro.
