Black Bean and Poblano Dip

Ingredients:

¼ Poblano chile, fresh, seeded, deveined, chopped (about 1 medium)

¼ cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained

2 Tablespoons cilantro, fresh, leaves

Sea salt to taste

2 Tablespoons scallions, chopped

2 Tablespoons tomatoes, chopped

¾ teaspoon fresh lime juice

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender; process to desired consistency.

Makes 1 serving
