Avocado, Bean, and Tomato Dip

Ingredients:

1 small Roma tomato, diced

½ Avocado, diced or mashed

¼ cup Black Beans, drained and rinsed

Squeeze of fresh Lemon Juice

½ Green Onion, sliced

Cilantro, chopped to taste

Sprinkle of Sea Salt, black pepper, cumin, chili powder and cayenne pepper to taste

Directions:

Slowly stir all ingredients together.

Serve in a celery stalk or cucumber boat, in a lettuce wrap, or eat with a spoon!

    I thought>>that black pepper and the other spices are no permited during the Candida??

      You can have pepper… the only thing we are cutting out is dried herbs because they tend to mold. We prefer you use fresh herbs instead. But spices such as cumin, pepper, and salt are totally OK for the program.
