Ingredients:
¼ Head of Cauliflower
¼ Head of Broccoli
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Organic Almond Meal
Directions:
Wash Cauliflower and broccoli and chop into bite size pieces and put in large bowl. Toss with olive oil and salt or any other desired fresh herbs.
Shake enough almond meal over veggies to coat. Place on a stone or cookie sheet and roast at 400 degrees F for about 20 minutes. Watch the veggies until they get a nice brown color then take them out.
Makes 2 servings
