Ingredients:

1 scoop M’lis chocolate instant meal

1 Tablespoon creamy almond butter

1 cup cooked steel cut oats

¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

Directions:

Combine oats, almond milk, instant meal, and almond butter in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave 1 to 2 minutes and serve.

Tastes just like a delicious no bake cookie. Even better after being refrigerated

Makes 1 serving
