Peppers, any variety (as many as desired)
Directions:
Preheat broiler. Line a baking sheet with foil and pepper(s) on it. Broil 5 inches from heat, turning frequently with tongs until skins blister; about 15 minutes.
Transfer the pepper(s) to the counter and wrap in foil. Let steam for about 15 minutes. When cool enough to handle, peel and discard the seeds.
