Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup plain Greek-style yogurt
½ cup finely chopped red onion
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
4 teaspoons chopped fresh dill or 2 teaspoon dried
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 large cucumber, seeded and shredded
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 cups shredded boneless, skinless chicken breast
6 cups mixed greens
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add chicken; toss to coat and serve on top of mixed greens.
