Ingredients:
2 teaspoons minced garlic cloves
2 teaspoons lemon zest
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
½ Tablespoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
4 bamboo skewers, soaked
Directions:
Place all ingredients together in a zip-top plastic bag and shake. Let chicken marinate for 15 minutes.
Thread chicken on skewers and grill over medium heat until chicken is no longer pink.
