Ingredients:
2 cups unsweetened Almond Milk
2 Tablespoons Yacon syrup or black-strap molasses
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 frozen bananas
1-2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup to taste
2 Tablespoons flax seed meal
4 ice cubes
Directions:
Place all ingredients except for molasses into the blender and blend until smooth. Add the molasses, a bit at a time, to taste. You may find that you only want 2Tablespoons of molasses or you may like the full 4 Tablespoons.
Makes 2 servings
