Fall Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

1 apple

1 pear

¼ cup dried cranberries

1 cup plain Greek-style yogurt

1 Tablespoon pure Maple syrup

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

2 Tablespoons Pecans, chopped (option: toast the pecans in a 350F oven approximately 5 minutes)

Directions:

Core and dice apple and pear; place in a bowl. Pour ½ Tablespoon lemon juice over fruit and toss to combine. Mix in cranberries and set aside.

Combine yogurt, maple syrup, and remaining ½ Tablespoon lemon juice. Pour over fruit mixture. Toss to combine and top with pecans. Serve immediately.
