Pan-Seared Salmon

Ingredients:

4 – 6 ounce salmon fillets

2 Tablespoons butter, ghee, coconut oil, or red palm oil

Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat a large heavy skillet over medium heat.

Coat salmon with oil, season with salt and pepper, and place in a skillet. Increase heat to high. Cook for 3 minutes, turn salmon over and cook for 5 more minutes or until lightly browned. Salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork.

Makes 4 serving
