chunkey monkey smoothie



8 ounces water

4 ice cubes, crushed

2 scoops chocolate M’lis Instant Meal or other protein powder

1/2 banana (preferably frozen)

1 teaspoon peanut or almond butter


Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Divide into two glasses and serve.

*Place the other half of the banana in the freezer for another day.
