Ingredients:
1 cups blanched almond flour (OR ½ cup almond flour & ½ cup oat flour)
¼ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ cup safflower oil
2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup
½ tablespoon vanilla extract
3 medium apples, peeled, sliced, then chopped in half width-wise
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine almond flour, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
In a smaller bowl, combine oil, maple syrup and vanilla.
Stir wet ingredients into dry.
Divide apples into 3-6oz. ramekin dishes.
Crumble topping over the apples.
Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 50 minutes on a low rack.
When apples are soft and their juices bubble, remove cover and bake 10 more minutes to brown crisp.
Serve warm
