Ingredients:
¾ cup blanched almond flour
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
2 Tablespoons safflower oil
2 Tablespoons agave nectar or pure maple syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup shredded coconut
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup almond slivers
2 Tablespoons raisins
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine almond flour, salt and baking soda.
In a large bowl, combine grape seed oil, agave and vanilla.
Stir dry ingredients into wet.
Mix in coconut, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almond slivers and raisins.
Grease a loaf pan with grape seed oil.
Press the dough into the pan, wetting your hands with water to help pat the dough down evenly.
Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes.
