Ingredients:

1 cup pure Orange Juice

1 Banana

2 cups Berries of choice

3 Tablespoons ground Flax Seed

½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt

2 scoops vanilla protein powder

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

Makes 2 servings
