Ingredients:
1 cup Almond Flour
1 pinch Sea salt
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
4 Eggs
¼ cup Pure Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Directions:
Preheat waffle iron.
Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Whisk together eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla in a separate bowl. Combine wet with dry ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed.
Lightly coat waffle iron with olive oil to prevent sticking. Spoon batter into waffle iron and cook until golden.
Serve with fresh fruit puree, pure maple syrup, or bananas and cinnamon.
Makes 2 servings
