raspberry oatmeal

 

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked steel-cut oats

1 cup fresh or frozen (thawed) raspberries

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

M’lis Sweet or Stevia to taste

Directions:

Combine the oats, berries, vanilla, almond milk, and sweetener in a cereal bowl and stir well. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes and serve.

Makes 2 servings
