You are one step closer to healthy meals made fresh with wholesome ingredients. Here is a little bit more about how our program works. Every Wednesday, your new meal plan for the following week will be available on the “” tab. The meal plan week starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday. This gives you plenty of time from Wednesday till Sunday to print your meal plan, shopping list, and staples list and to start preparing for the upcoming week.
The key to being successful is planning. Since our food and recipes do not include foods that are highly processed and use the freshest ingredients available, there is more preparation required than opening a box or microwaving a TV dinner. Knowing that prep work is needed, take advantage of spare time on the weekends and prepare as much as you can. The better you prepare, the easier your week will be. You can make entire meals for the week to be frozen and reheated later, plan ahead by chopping fruits and vegetables to be used in bulk, or simply follow the prep instructions provided within the meal plan. Whichever method works for you and your schedule…do it!
Whether you’re going at this lifestyle plan alone or with your family, another key to being successful is support. Having someone to share in your victories or discuss your struggles and frustrations is an important part of being involved. Stay motivated on your plan by getting participating in our online forum, reading our blog posts, and watching our tips and tricks instructional videos. All this will not only keep you informed, but make this YOUR program!
