Paleo Bread

Ingredients:

3 cups blanched almond flour

1/4 cup coconut flour

1/2 cup golden flaxseed meal

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

3 teaspoons baking soda

10 eggs

1/2 cup coconut oil

2 Tablespoons honey

2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Directions:

Place almond flour, coconut flour, flax, salt and baking soda in a food processor

Pulse ingredients together

Pulse in eggs, oil, honey and vinegar

Pour batter into a greased 9″ x 5″  loaf pan

Bake at 350° for 40-55 minutes (check the loaf by inserting a butter knife into the crack of the loaf. If it comes out clean, the loaf is done)

Cool and serve

    This bread turned out amazing! I used 100% pure maple syrup instead of the honey so that it would be candida friendly. It’s a beautiful loaf of bread that you can slice, toast, maybe even make a sandwich. It was so tasty we didn’t even put butter on it and ate it as a side to a bowl of soup. I highly recommend this recipe.
