Wild Rice

Ingredients:

1 ¼ cup wild rice

2 cups water

1 ½ cup chicken stock

2 Tablespoons butter

¼ cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Add pecans and saute for a couple of minutes. Add wild rice and liquid and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook until all liquid is cooked out.

Makes 4 servings
