Raspberry smoothie

 

Ingredients:

8 ounces water

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

2 Tablespoons Greek-style plain yogurt

2 scoops vanilla protein powder

4 ice cubes, crushed

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Makes 2 servings
