Ingredients:
1 Avocado
2 Tablespoons Red Onion, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons Red Bell Pepper, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons Roma Tomato, chopped
1 Tablespoon Cilantro, chopped
1 ½ teaspoons fresh Lime Juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Sea salt
Chili Powder
Cumin
Cayenne pepper
Directions:
Cut avocado in half, remove pit, and scoop the avocado into a medium serving bowl.
With a fork, mash the avocados to desired consistency.
Chop each of the vegetables and pour into the serving bowl.
Add remaining ingredients, and stir to combine. Season to taste.
Makes 2 servings
