Creamy Roasted Almond Butter

2 cups raw almonds

¼- ½ teaspoons sea salt


Preheat oven to 350F. Spread the almonds out on a cookie sheet and place in the oven for 10-12 minutes.

Place toasted almonds in the food processor and process for about 1 minute.

Scrape down the sides and process for another 2 minutes.

Add the sea salt and continue to process for another 1-1 ½ minutes or until you reach a buttery and creamy consistency.

Scoop out almond butter and store in a container with a lid. Keep refrigerated!

Makes about 1 ½ cups
