Mashed “Potatoes”

Ingredients:

½ head Cauliflower

2 Tablespoons Hot Water

1 Tablespoon Grape Seed Oil or Butter

2 Tablespoons green onion

Sea salt to taste

Directions:

Cut Cauliflower into florets and steam 8-10 minutes.

Place water and oil into blender. Add the cauliflower, salt, and pepper; cover and puree ingredients.

Transfer to bowl; chop green onion and mix with spoon into the cauliflower.

Serve Immediately.
