Pumpkin Oatmeal

2 cups cooked steel cut oats

½ cup canned pumpkin*

M’lis Sweet or Stevia to taste

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

¼ – ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

2 Tablespoons slivered almonds


Combine oats, pumpkin, cinnamon, and vanilla protein powder in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high 1 to 2 minutes. Top oatmeal with slivered almonds and serve.

*Freeze any remaining pumpkin in an ice cube tray in Tablespoon proportions. When frozen, pop the pumpkin cubes out of the tray and store in a freezer safe container for later use.
