20 ounces ground Turkey

1 fresh Jalapeno, diced

½ medium green or red Bell Pepper

½ cup Rolled Oats

½ cup Egg Whites

2 cloves of Garlic

Sea Salt to taste


Mix all ingredients into a large serving bowl.

Divide and roll into balls and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Makes 4 servings
