Ingredients:

1 cup frozen Blueberries

1 cup Spinach

1 cup Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup Almond Milk

2 scoops M’lis Vanilla Meal Replacement powder or other vanilla protein powder

4-5 cubes of Ice

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.

Makes 2 servings
