Ingredients:

1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt

1 scoop Vanilla or Strawberry M’lis Instant Meal or other protein powder

1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen thawed)

2 Tablespoons chopped walnuts

Directions:

Blend greed yogurt and protein powder until smooth and creamy. In two cups, alternate yogurt mixture and berries then top with walnuts.

Makes 2 servings
