Pumpkin Pie Shake

16 ounces water

8 ice cubes, crushed

4 scoops of vanilla M’lis Instant Meal or other protein powder

4 Tablespoons full of canned pumpkin puree*

Pumpkin pie spice

Dash of cinnamon and allspice


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.

*Freeze any remaining pumpkin in an ice cube tray in Tablespoon proportions. When frozen, pop the pumpkin cubes out of the tray and store in a freezer safe container for later use.
