Chickpea Wrap

Ingredients:

½- 14.5 ounce can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

½ stalk celery, chopped

2 Tablespoons red onion, chopped

½ Tablespoon mayonnaise

½ Tablespoon lemon juice

½ Tablespoon fresh dill weed

Salt to taste

Directions:

Drain and rinse chickpeas. Pour chickpeas into a medium size mixing bowl and mash with a fork. Mix in celery, onion, mayonnaise (add more for creamier texture), lemon juice, dill, and salt to taste.

Serve in a lettuce leaf.
