Ingredients:

1 Orange

2 Carrots

1 Banana

½ of a Mango

4 cubes of Ice

1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (optional)

 

Directions:

Juice the orange, mango, and carrots in a juicer and pour ingredients in a blender.

Add banana, yogurt, and ice cubes to blender and puree until smooth.

*Note: If this smoothie is replacing a Meal, add 2 scoops of M’lis Vanilla or Orange Cream Meal Replacement powder or other protein powder to the ingredients and blend well.

Makes 2 servings
